Frequently asked questions
Is this an “online” CPR class?
No. Most “online” CPR classes just include online class content or just an exam. Many organizations/States won’t accept that. However, all of our classes include a live instructor hands-on skills check on Zoom®.
What if I don’t have a Zoom® account?
No worries. No Zoom account needed! We will provide you with the link to access your skills-check. Zoom® is a free video meeting platform for your phone, tablet, laptop or computer.
Are your classes approved?
Yes. We offer CPR and first aid certification. Since our classes include an instructor hands-on check, they are OSHA-approved. Most States, licensing bodies require hands-on training. All of our courses are also based on the most current AHA/ECC guidelines.
What areas do you offer classes in?
We train students from all 50 states. Since our hands-on reviews are conducted through Zoom® students can be anywhere.
Do I need a manikin?
No. Our evidence-based skills-check can be used with items that most people already have. However, if students have access to a CPR manikin, they can use it.
When do I receive my certification?
After you complete your skills session, 1-2 business days you’ll receive your certification card via email. It will be good for 2 years.
